Final Script for Radio Trailer
We spend hours making sure our hair is right as it is vital
to our appearance and how we feel as individuals; but just how much are we
willing to pay to make ourselves feel good?
Every generation has it’s particular styles and it’s an
important aspect of growing up in terms of establishing our personality and
identity.
Some people, though, don’t have any choice about the way
their hair is.
In some cases people’s hair singles them out for ridicule by
others, but why is this?

Re-filming archive material
Today we re-filmed the archive material of the hairstyles because the camera movement we decided to use was too much for the small edits we needed and the shots didn't look right in the documentary as the movements were different speeds. The edited section of the documentary looked bad and the footage wasn't suitable or good enough to be put into the documentary and this is why we re-filmed. The footage we filmed is better and we feel it wioll be good enough to put into the documentary.

Filming Archive Material for Gingers
Today we filmed the archive material for the ginger headlines to feature in the documentary in the introduction of gingers section. The filming went well and the footage will be used in the documentary. The archive material was headlines of discrimination against people with ginger hair and news stories about ginger hair.

Filming Archive Material
Today we filmed the still images for our achive material. We filmed in many different angles and used different movements so the footage will have to be revised to see if it is usable for the documentary. The archive footage was of hairstyles throughout the last 90 years and it is shown through celebrity and iconic hairstyles.
